The Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture & Languages, with the University of Kashmir, opened a two‑year calligraphy program at its Lal Mandi Seminar Hall in Srinagar. Former Chief Editor Mohammad Ashraf Tak presided, while Prof. Habibullah Shah attended as guest of honour.
