On World No Tobacco Day, the District Medical and Health Officer of Ri Bhoi held a program at Parish Hall, Nongpoh, to raise awareness about tobacco’s harms. MLA Mayral Born Syiem attended as chief guest, joined by DMHO Dr. A. R. Marak, education and police officials, teachers and students.
