On Oct. 8, a district‑level TB‑Free India programme launched JOSH Teams at SMELC, Tura. Union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda led the national virtual launch. Local officials, health staff, volunteers and NCC cadets attended; the event aimed to strengthen TB eradication in rural areas.
