Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan and her mother, actress Amrita Singh, have leased a commercial unit in Mumbai’s Andheri West to Upsurge Labs LLP for office use. The lease commands an initial monthly rent of ₹5.85 lakh. The space will serve as the AI studio’s headquarters.
